Returns

If your product arrives and it is faulty, of unacceptable quality, or, you feel your product received is not as advertised and doesn't match the description, of course we are happy to accept returns and will provide a full refund.


As Subtle Tea is a consumable product, we can only accept refunds and returns on product that is fully intact and not tampered with.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have mistakenly purchased the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we can attempt to cancel your order. If it has already been shipped (which it might have been, shipping is very quick!) we will see what we can do to hold the order and refund you. We cant make any guarantees on this one though.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we get in touch to confirm we have received your item, and that we have approved or rejected your refund request.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.
 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@subtletea.com.au

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (see above Returns policy)  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@subtletea.com.au
